The University Grant Commission National Eligibility Exam is conducted by NTA which is national Testing Agency. This exam is conducted for the college or university professors.

First of all, You have to visit the UGC NTA Official website. After this you will see a link named UGC NTA NET Exam 2023 Result. Click On this link and put your details in the available form then click on get result. Your result will be in front of you.

The Exam has been conducted in the CBT mode only which is specifically called computer based exam.
There is a two types of Question papers first is about general knowledge question paper and second is domain specific knowledge question paper.
Other Details For UGC NET Exam
There is two question paper
- First question paper is related to general knowledge and contains 50 questions for 100 marks only.
- And the second question paper which is domain specific contains 100 questions for 200 marks only.
- The Allotted time for those two question papers are three hours only.
Further the medium of question paper is Hindi and English only.
If candidate chose Hindi as a medium of question paper then candidate must attend the exam in Hindi medium only and vice versa.
Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET
Candidates must have postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks in their postgraduate degree.
There is some relaxation for the reserved category in this exam like if you are from OBC or from reserved category then you must pass the post- graduation degree at least 50 % marks and there is different criteria for SC / ST category.
Reservation In UGC NET EXAM 2023
Yes, there is reservation in UGC NET Exam which is conducted by NTA. If the candidates are from reserved category then the candidate should take the benefit of reservation.
First of all we have to discuss about the reservation.
Almost 15% Seats in UGC reserved for SC central list and 7.5 % Seats reserved for ST central list.
Secondly, 27 % seats reserved for OBC non creamy layer central list.
Finally, 10 % seats also reserved for EWS which is economic weaker section.
In UGC there is reserved for those peoples who are physically disabled. Reserved seats for them are 05 % only.
