Notification has been issued for 224 posts in ISRO for various recruitments including Library Assistant, Technical Assistant, Scientific Engineer, Scientific Assistant, Technician Draftsman, Fireman, Driver and Cook. If we talk about the posts determined according to the post, 3 for Fireman A Grade, 55 for Technical Assistant, 142 for Technician Grade B and Draftsman Grade B, 6 for LMV Driver, 5 for Scientific Engineer, Library Assistant 1 post has been earmarked for Assistant, 6 for Scientific Assistant, 2 for HMV Driver and 4 for Cook.
Application Fee in ISRO URSC New Recruitment 2024
To apply for Draftsman, Technician, Fireman, Cook and Driver recruitment, General, OBC and EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. In these recruitments, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Economically Most Backward Class will have to pay Rs 100. General, OBC and EWS candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 750 for Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Scientist and Engineer Recruitment. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and PWD category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 250 to apply.
Qualification for ISRO URSC New Recruitment 2024
The post wise educational qualification for ISRO recruitment is as follows-
- 1 Technical Assistant – First Grade Diploma in relevant field.
- 2 Library Assistant – Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Library Information Science and Master's degree with first class.
- 3 Scientists and Engineers – Any one of M.E/M.Tech or M.Sc in the relevant subject.
- 4 Scientific Assistant – First Grade Diploma and Graduation in relevant field.
- 5 Technician Draftsman – ITI Diploma in Draftsman Civil Trade from NCVT with NTC or NAC.
- 6 Fireman and Cook – Passed in 10th.
- 7 HMV Driver – 10th passed with 5 years driving experience and valid heavy vehicle license.
- 8 LMV Driver – 10th passed with 3 years driving experience and valid heavy vehicle license.
Age Limit for ISRO URSC New Recruitment 2024
To apply for various recruitments in ISRO, the minimum age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years. The maximum age has been fixed at 28 years, 30 years and 35 years according to the post.
